Ken Agena is the Vice President of Application Services for Warner Home Entertainment, the division of Warner Bros. that is responsible for the global distribution of DVDs and games, as well as digital distribution. As a part of its Global Business Transformation project, Warner Home Entertainment is undertaking a global implementation of SAP for its supply chain needs and Ken is one of the project’s executive sponsors.  Ken has been with Warner Bros. for three years.  Prior to his role at Warner Bros., he worked for Colgate-Palmolive Co., leading the development of marketing and sales applications, and was the Director of IT for the European Division.  Ken has also spoken about supply chain process at two Hammer and Company seminars.
