Tim Salaver is the President of Cornerstone Systems Solutions, an Enterprise Management and Technology consulting firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Tim uses the building villages concept in creating business and project communities.  He loves mentoring and guiding his teams for business success and individual achievement.  Through extensive professional development and team-building, Tim inspires his project teams to exceed their own expectations.  His leadership of a Healthcare ERP project received the 2006 VHA Leadership Award for Supply Chain Management Improvement.  He is a highly sought speaker at user groups, international conferences, and higher education institutions throughout the world giving his remarkable perspective on individual and corporate development.  Tim has more than 26 years experience in Enterprise Technology and Strategic Management.  In 2000, Tim was inducted into the International Who’s Who of Information Technology for his innovative work in Enterprise Resource Planning and Project Management. 

He holds a B.S. in Information Systems and an MBA from the Golden Gate University Ageno School of Business Executive Program.  Tim is President of the Golden Gate Chapter of APICS The Association for Operations Management where he leads the chapter vision and strategy, guides market and member development, and teaches the Fundamentals of Materials and Operations Management.  Tim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB) and Certified Project Manager (CProjMgr) from the H. James Harrington Institute.  He is a member of the Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management (AHRMM) and the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) where he is the Supply Chain Management subject matter expert for the Enterprise Information Systems Steering Committee.  He receives all of his inspiration from his children: Malorie, Trevor, and Willem.
