Vice President of North American Supply Chain Management
Technicolor Home Entertainment Services, Inc.

Elaine Singleton brings more than two decades of supply chain management and logistics experience in the media, entertainment, retail, and consumer products industries to Technicolor Home Entertainment Services as the company’s vice president of North American supply chain. In this role, Singleton oversees a growing 3/4PL global solution for Technicolor Home Entertainment coupled with supply chain solutions and technologies which connect key Technicolor Home Entertainment Services clients to critical distribution channels. She is responsible for domestic transportation, import logistics, and process development for new and existing customer strategies.

Since joining Technicolor Home Entertainment Services in 2005, Elaine has spearheaded several important supply chain management initiatives, including the development of a transportation organization and a global transportation assessment focused on reducing internal costs and enhancing value-added services for customers. The worldwide freight evaluation for Thomson, SA, the parent company of Technicolor Home Entertainment Services, is designed to generate cost savings through network modeling and the optimization of distribution lanes throughout North America and Europe.

In late 2006, Singleton led the launch of an integrated transportation service for new and existing Technicolor HES customers. A Red Prairie TMS system solution was selected and fully integrated with manufacturing and distribution supply chain streams to create unique and robust business intelligence visibility for customers and for internal performance reviews. The freight under management growth has been exponential since the start up with service and information as the drivers of this robust solution. The results have created a very compelling total turn key supply chain solution with 100% visibility for entrepreneurs within home entertainment and consumer electronics.

Previously, Elaine spent five years as vice president of supply chain for the Disney Stores operating unit of the Consumer Products division of The Walt Disney Company. Before joining Disney, she managed the catalog distribution centers for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., the premier specialty retailer of home furnishings and cooking accessories. At Mervyn’s, the middle-market department store chain formerly owned by the Target Corporation, she held numerous supply chain management positions, including logistics, regional retail store management, and distribution center director roles.

Singleton holds a B.A. in environmental studies from Millersville State University in Millersville, Pennsylvania.
