With more than a decade of experience in retail security and data technology solutions, Karen has held various engineering and solution development positions at Sensormatic Retail Solutions and Tyco. Karen has an extensive background in understanding retailer and manufacturer challenges associated with RFID deployments.
Additionally, Karen is a subject matter expert in helping retailers to identify technology solutions for improving retail selling floor operations. As an active industry participant with EPCglobal and industry trade organizations, she contributes to RFID standards and efforts to move the industry forward in retail. Karen holds a BS degree in Packaging Science from Clemson University. She has also received multiple design patents in EAS and RFID technologies.
